The window runs for 60 days from the day your order is delivered. Use the products properly in that time, that is what they are for.
Nothing to send back
We do not ask you to return anything. Keep the brush, keep the polish. Posting used body-care back to us helps nobody.
We reply within 1 business day
Once we have your order number and name we confirm by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval, and your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you, your choice. This is separate from the 60-day guarantee and there is no time pressure on it beyond a reasonable period after delivery.
Subscriptions
You can cancel, skip or reschedule a subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email, or by emailing us. Cancel before your renewal date and you will not be charged again. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
